OUR ROLE AS CONFERENCE ORGANISER

In the events industry we keep our soul and we love to build a strong customer relationship across many years.

We deliver projects of all shapes and sizes for multi nationalities groups: conference, symposium, forum, workshop, meetings…

What are the concrete and achievable targets? in the early stages a project manager will contribute with its expertise and will collaborate with you throughout the event.

According to the target audience we adapt the venue suggested. We add the equipment required: screens, lights, lectern, lapel microphone…

If you prefer to host a hybrid event our events agency can also assist you and manage a live streamed content.

Thanks to the hybrid event you will reach different audiences: the remote audience and the participants on-site.

We provide solutions to develop the attendance at your event, to facilitate the partner loyalty and to satisfy the participants.

If your event required special software or to develop tools to measure, we will develop them. We are open-minded on this issue.

We can manage the participants registration, the creation of the e-registration form for the participants, the creation of a website dedicated to the event, a secured online payment by credit card.

We take in charge the participants registrations and the accommodation too. We are in touch with the hotels to manage the rooming list, to release rooms in case of cancellation.

We also create special programs for spouse and partners: social excursions, guided visits, lunch…

From the historical visit to the organization of a specific tour including gastronomical tasting, oenological tasting, cultural programs… we choose the excursions according to the group.
