The year 2023 was marked by significant successes and important developments at Event Solutions, such as the arrival of a new collaborator. In 2024, we will continue this momentum with developments and events that we are eager to share in our newsletter.



From January 2nd, the agency welcomed Tristan Cambonie as an event project manager. On January 10th, Tristan was already diving into the deep end by assisting in the organization of a seminar in Les Deux Alpes.

Yvon Fabrega, our Marketing & Communication Manager, also joined our team in January.

On the event front, 2023 was particularly rich and varied, taking us to Les Deux Alpes, Lisbon, Cannes, Saint-Raphael, Chamonix, Lille, Paris, Lake Maggiore in Italy, Lyon, and more. We covered the hexagon and Europe to organize seminars, congresses for national and European associations and federations, national franchise conventions, meetings, and team building.

After much deliberation and internal discussions, IT’S DONE!

In 2024, our loyalty program will be launched.

We will be ready in the second quarter of the year to unveil this program that will reward our best client ambassadors.



We will also take a clear turn towards CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) by creating a dedicated webpage on our site that will present our strategy, actions.

We are currently conducting a diagnosis of our current practices to align them with all of our offerings.



In a constant quest for improvement and to better meet the needs of our clients, we are evolving our offer.

At the end of the second quarter of 2024, our “Congress” offer will be enriched with complementary products and services.

This year we will create white papers that will be available to provide you with even more advice and tips to optimize the budgets for your events.

Our best practices will guide you step by step to experience your events as smoothly as possible.



This month, Event Solutions celebrates its 17th anniversary, precisely on January 29th 🎂

17 years full of projects that have led us to travel throughout France and all of Europe, but also to global challenges that we had to adapt to.

We are still here, and we plan to be present in the events sphere for a long time. 💪
